Parfait!

For this cooking class at my program, we made parfait. So first, we washed up the blueberries. Next, we grabbed some cups and put the blueberries in first, the Greek yogurt and the granola by using the measuring spoon. At last, we tried it out and it was a healthier choice for a snack and for breakfast.

Spinach Miso Crunch Salad!

  For lunch, I had a Spinach Miso Crunch Salad. It had 190 calories, 13 grams of total fat, 15 grams of carbs, 7 grams of sugar, 2 grams of saturated fat, 360 milligrams of sodium, and it had 4 grams of protein. Also, it had wonton strips and the dressing I had with it was called, Miso Dressing and it was creamy. That was the most healthy choice just like the other spinach salad I had yesterday. I cannot wait to have it again!

Blueberry Bliss Spinach Salad!

For lunch as a diet, I had a blueberry bliss spinach salad in a huge bowl and it had three hundred and seventy calories. It had 27 grams of fat, 29 grams of carbs and the salad dressing had 20 grams of sugar. Also, it had 5 grams of protein in it too. In the spinach salad, it had carrots and almonds in it as well. That was the most healthiest choice I ever had for lunch!
